Refund policy

Overview
Because we provide custom digital services (software development, design, strategy, and consulting), our refund terms differ from those for physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. We strongly recommend that you contact us to discuss your project and agree on the details before ordering.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Services not yet started: If no work has been performed and no consultation has been scheduled, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

  • Work in progress or completed: Once we have started work (including initial research, design, coding, or a consultation session) or after the final deliverables have been provided, the sale is final and no refund will be issued.

  • Paid consultations: Because a consultation session is a live service that requires scheduling and preparation, the purchase is non-refundable once the session has been confirmed or conducted.

Defective or Non-Conforming Deliverables
If the delivered work materially deviates from the mutually agreed written specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will, at our discretion, remedy the issue at no additional cost or offer a partial refund. This does not apply if the deviation results from incomplete or unclear requirements on your part.

How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, email us at just.p.revel@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the date of purchase, and a brief explanation. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

No Chargebacks Without Prior Contact
You agree to contact us first regarding any issue before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unwarranted chargebacks will be disputed.
